Central Oregon's newest marathon, hosted at Eagle Crest Resort, will
be on a USATF certified course and is a
Boston Qualifier. The event will be chip-timed,
all finishers will receive a medal, and unique glass medals will be
awarded to division winners. Participant shirts are high quality
tech-shirts.
On-line registration is
scheduled to open on November 1st, 2010.
The event is a
Sanctioned Training Run for the Portland Marathon
www.portlandmarathon.org
and is an official race included in the new Pacific
Northwest Marathon Challenge Series organized by Les Smith,
Race Director for the Portland Marathon. The challenge series is
scheduled to begin in the fall of 2010.
